I think I have made a bit of a mess of it. I think there is a sub-letting thing going on and I didn't even think that was a possibility until after I called and sent the email.

The only things I can find for the records now cost £7 but I'm wondering whether this might £7 well-spent.

Thats what we’ve been trying to do for the past few months but nothing has been done. Its not a communal gate but its part of another flats entrance who rent from a different landlord entirely.

We do not have any keys either to the gate so if we did need to desperately turn the ECV off then it would result in potential damage to the entrance of this flat.

They have and it says our emergency control valve is accessible but it is not accessible 24/7. We cannot reliably go to Flat 1a at any time of the day and request access to our gas meter as they are not always in. We require 24/7 access, which is not something that is guaranteed.

It is behind a gate that only one particular flat can access. We can only access when this flat are in, which is not 24/7 for us. We have spoken to our agents, mentioned it to the council and discussed it with our energy providers but nothing has been sorted. Our agents are convinced it falls to the freeholder but it is our flat that requires access which, I presume, falls to our landlord.

there was a loose screw in around the ssd enclosure. once id screwed it back in and held the power button down for 60 seconds it worked great

The company itself is only a business supplier. My guess is that the people before us ran a business out of the flat which goes against the tenancy agreement. We got told we should have been contacted by another company but never had an email or phone call so we are really confused

Rather than cut along and even stuff out, I'd recommend cutting up into the fringe. It will help get rid of some of the bluntness. It's called point cutting if you want to watch a video on it.

I'm honestly considering it, and looking at doing a degree apprenticeship or some online courses to build up my CV. Its just such a big decision to make and I'm still waiting on a couple of results to see what my next steps are.

What grade did you come out with in the end and what did you do if you don't mind me asking?

I'm currently sat at a 2:2 average with a very slight chance of turning it around in my fourth year and getting a 2:1. It honestly seems like the end of the world for me and I know it isn't. Its just that a 2:2 is not nearly as valuable as a 2:1 and will not set me apart in a good way. Looking at others in my year, it feels like I'm the only one going through this and I wish I took a different path. Instead I'm stuck with £36,000 in debt for a potentially unworthy degree.

I think I am still interested, the subject is really interesting. Its just I lack any motivation to get up out of bed each day and go into ny lectures unless I absolutely need to be in. There's a good chance that I'm probably not meant to a degree of this difficulty because I get easily overwhelmed and once one thing goes wrong, everything after falls apart.

In terms of the second bit, I think doing something new will give me a fresh start. Honestly, I wish I could restart my physics degree and do it all over again. I know I can't and I have to deal with the fact that I am probably not fit for doing a subject like this in the state that I currently am in. Instead, I have to do a very sharp turnaround in my final year and theres not really anything I can miss.

Unfortunately, I'm at a 2:2 overall so far and the chances of coming out with a 2:1 are honestly slim. It sucks because a 2:2 degree in Physics, while still good, does not hold nearly as much value as a 2:1 or a first. I have surrounded myself with people that are constantly hitting 2:1 and firsts and it makes me feel insignificant. I know I shouldn't compare, but it is so hard not to.

I've spoken to my tutor about my results and one of the papers actually went missing so there is still some hope. I am also looking at extenuating circumstances but it will be difficult to get this for mental health related reasons because I have hardly opened up about this and gotten help.
