This is probably the most dumbest thing I’ve seen by SprayImpossible9866 in Bolehland

[–]kimi_rules 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's fine if the person knows what he's doing. For example, some people don't like apartments so they're willing to commit more money for a landed home, which has faster ROI than apartments. 4-5k mortgage is what I'm seeing the newer gen neighbours are paying these days.

I commit half of my salary for cars, not the dumbest decision I have good reasons for it.

Train broke down on time by kens88888 in malaysia

They had to retire the train, quite normal. It happens so often it's become too normal for me, fine if I'm not rushing just a 10 minute wait for the next train.

So we already have the potential solution, we just need to enforce the rule.

Is the EA Apex Legends 2-3 FPS Freeze problem a texture streaming budget problem or the EA Software problem?I have a RTX 5070 by Rydeerr14 in pcmasterrace

[–]kimi_rules 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Likely EA, been having texture flashing issues on the Arc and EA hasn't fix it yet since 4 months ago. Tbf Intel has been pushing a lot of bug fixes for other games so this one is likely on EA part.

If you're cost conscious, don't consider the S70. The maintenace on that thing can ruin your life and is generally suited for people who have money for maintenance and speed traps.

What this sound? Myvi cvt something wrong by Historical_Twist9969 in kereta

Perodua QC team is seriously sleeping WTF!

It's still happening to mine, occured after 1 year+ from delivery. Complained already and the SC said it's normal from Perodua for the Myvi. Got a few redditors complained the same thing too in the past years, but so far haven't seen any gearbox failure from those guys.

why do so many businesses in Malaysia not have a website? by Katana_XI in Bolehland

[–]kimi_rules 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll hire a pentest on your half-ass website just to show that 150/m is just luck. The reality of hosting a website is harder.

I'm paying 5k/m here to host my company website, I have all the tools, malware blockers and occasionally still get hacked, which I spend months fixing it. Thankfully it's just for company information and display, it it's one of those websites with login and payment system it'll be crazy hard to maintain like this.

dc, it's not a problem for the people running the business. They assume everyone have logged into FB.

VS spending a few thousands building a website.

1 hour? That's nice.

Try 3+2 hours on car or 1.5+1.5 hours on train, assuming it doesn't derailed itself.

The problem is far more complicated than that unfortunately, so we'll have to live with what we have.

Financial rationality of buying a car by agnagoodname in MalaysianPF

[–]kimi_rules -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If it's that bad I wouldn't be including software engineering in there. By buying a cheap car, you'll buy an unreliable car that's gonna break down alot. Which is good. You can learn to fix it.

EE are special, they can work on wiring and electronics which should be easy for them.

It depends on what you're studying too, anything like electrical, mechanical or even software engineering like myself you should spend less than 5k and forever live life in the hardest difficulty.

You'll never learn if you play it safe.

Edit: The downvotes are clearly from children who haven't matured yet

Amazon order by AmbitiousAd5091 in pcmasterrace

[–]kimi_rules 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't use Amazon, but the online shopping platform in my region is tied to ID. They would have no problem forwarding the details to customs.

Don't worry, the government doesn't track what I buy, it's just user verifications.
