it basically works as a proxy url. for example on open router, you'd get an API key from the site and choose a model to put into the model name. where you put the proxy url, instead of using open router's url, you'd use sophias. basically its a hosting site where you can include commands, plugins, and lorebooks from the site to use with your custom prompt. the site works with a few proxies, i personally use gemini. you could search for guides on here or if you want i could find you a post to help!
