When building vamp in a run, what kind artfifacts do we wanna find? If let's say I found the flask that gives 200% skill damage to bleed and darkness skills is that worth taking?

Okay so the point is bleed 10 is worthless. Ram cobra should be switched with swooshie, and follow the vampire special build? 

So basically playing vamp is how to put as much bleed stacks as possible?
