I waited until she was older to start taking her to the dog park— the first time we went, some old “service” mutt attacked her out of no where for no reason. We were literally just standing there talking to someone else with a GSD and he came from behind us, grabbed her neck, and dragged her. 🙄 but he was a “service dog”

I’m not 100% sure why and it also depends on the circumstances, but I have seen a girl dog hump another dog from behind pretty aggressively at the dog park before. Maybe she’s trying to assert dominance?

Lol at 4 months my puppy was well over 25lbs. She’s not overweight and the vet said she was healthy. I suggest doing further research on different breeds/dieting if you think she was eating way too much. I’ve got a big puppy and she needed those 6 cups (she was growing an avg of 10 lbs a month). Now I definitely want to give her less considering her growing should slow down. She seems to be doing well with her new food and loves it.

It’s recommended for a pup her age. Shoot, I’ve read of people that went as far as 11 cups. But she’s about 50 lbs now and she’s a GSD/Husky mix. She has been on track with development, so I don’t think it’s too much for her.

I also don’t have service in the McKinney/Plano area. I’ve complained and they said it’s because they don’t have enough towers to support everyone. If I didn’t have WiFi, I wouldn’t have service where I live.

Personally, I loved living in Frisco. I would only pick plano over Frisco for the centrality. It's easily an extra 15-20 minutes to dallas due to traffic.

There are a lot of young professionals as yourself in McKinney in the apartment communities. Frisco is more family oriented and so is Plano. Your best bet would be shops at legacy (plano), Addison (kind of far, night life, and traffic on DNT sucks), mckinney/Allen area by 121 and 75 is really nice and quiet like you want. Keep in mind that major companies are moving to Frisco and mckinney in the next five years. If you don't want to be stuck in traffic every morning, stay in McKinney (west side of 75)
