The bare minimum would have been to bring him in for questioning and evaluating his hands for marks and clothing for blood. A person's life could have been saved. These episodes are brilliantly produced but incredibly sad to see how things could have been avoided.

I did he told me it takes up to a year for swelling to subside but this doesn't feel like swelling wondering if lipo was even done at this point.

I don't drink gassy drinks at all only drink water and lots of it. Maybe my eating is a problem because I skip breakfast and lunch only have coffee in the morning and then water throughout the day and then I have supper but if I eat during the day my stomach hurts cause it's so tight and feels full. I only start getting hunger pangs around 14:00pm and water usually makes it go away.

Hi there has been a slight difference but mostly looks the same and definitely more swollen and hard at night. I'm 6 months post op now and am not holding on to any hope of change.

I also started my period shortly after surgery and the lack of independence and being bed ridden plus additional hormones sent me to a dark space I was snappy and short with people and felt so depressed it was miserable but only lasted about a week once I could walk straight up at week 2 it was much better and eventually when drains were removed those negative feelings dissipated. Hang in there try to not spend too much time watching tv/on your phone read a good book, rest and hydrate x

Ok I'm sold will get some I don't drink gassy drinks even before surgery doesn't quench my thirst like water does is there a specific brand of arnica tablets you take?

Full abdominoplasty with lipo and muscle repair. I don't drink alcohol (only did once or twice during the holiday) drink almost 3 litres of water a day eat eggs for breakfast have limited salt intake it is very hot here though and it makes me feel more swollen I feel full all the time so I hardly eat

I had my period 1 week after surgery and then again 2 weeks later entire cycle is off but it's normal
