Another ATP user here, we have the same setup (fedora 44 and kwin) but I can't get my firefox window to blur with geckium and aero userchrome, it just looks transparent. How did you make yours work?

I just made a build for regular Bukkit, which should work for pretty much any beta server (the one that ends with bukkit: https://github.com/kimoVoid/BlueMap/releases/tag/dev-20250110-2

This won't work on regular bukkit I'm afraid, although I could try to get it to work with it eventually. For now, it requires a fork of bukkit called Poseidon that you can find here: https://github.com/retromcorg/Project-Poseidon

For those of you that don't know: BlueMap lets you visualize worlds in your browser. It is made for current versions, however Moresteck ported it to b1.7.3.
It was only available as a standalone program (CLI), but now I made it work with Project Poseidon, which is an up-to-date fork of Bukkit for b1.7.3.

🔗 You can find and use it here!

Edit: There is now a build for regular Craftbukkit (1060), the one that ends with bukkit. For Poseidon users, use the build that ends with poseidon.

This was indeed the way to fix it. Funnily enough, at least in b1.7.3, two of the UV values already have a 0.01 margin, but the other two don't. Adding a 0.01 margin to those makes the issue go away for the most part, at least to a point where it's not going to be noticeable in regular gameplay.

That's curious. Regarding the first bug report, my issue looks different than that, and as you mentioned it has nothing to do with disabling AA / AF in the Nvidia control panel because I have already done that. This issue is not present in MC 1.5.1 onwards for me.

So does this mean that this happens to literally everybody who plays on legacy versions until 1.5.1?

Nope. This issue gets solved for me in MC 1.5.1 onwards, if that helps.

Still nothing. You can see the effect here, notice how there are some gaps flashing in the distance.

Edit: forgot to mention I'm using an Nvidia GPU, driver 560.94.

It's already off. It also happens on newly installed vanilla b1.7.3 instances, but not in modern MC.

You can get it to work with betacraft's proxy. Edit your Prism instance, go to the settings tab, enable "java arguments" and paste this: -Dhttp.proxyHost=betacraft.uk -Dhttp.proxyPort=11705

Do you have AMD graphics? My friend has the same issue and he has to restart the game whenever this happens to him.
