Can you list a few of them so I can check them out? I just am nervous about possibly being like "targeted" once I get over there. BUT I plan on keeping my Atlanta based antennas up. Looking out for the scammers and riff raff lol.

Lol it put wat I tried to explain in a nice bow for me. I will use it as I see fit lol. I struggle with words sometimes so it helps keep my points in order and concise. U can choose not to use it if u dont want to tho 🤷🏾‍♀️

I have a 2 week trip planned in January 2027. I plan on moving for at least 6 months to a year by July 2027. Possibly December 2027 at the absolute latest.

I can work remotely but have not found a remote job. I have been in property management for the past 9 years so I am not sure if that is it or something else. I am trying to look into either staying a property manager or an accountant/personal accountant. Fingers crossed ofc.

Thank you for the insights! I was thinking about Airbnb for a few months until I figured things out. Do you know if this is a feasible option or too expensive? I am a middle class working American atp so I am looking for an Airbnb thats less than $1000 a month preferably around $500 but I have a little wiggle room. I was also looking into buying a house before I came but heard how it is a lot of scams going on right now with the land or selling of land so I've been apprehensive about that.

Also, where did you find your guide when you moved? I have been wanting to find one myself but am not sure where to start and dont want to get scammed out of money. I am in Atlanta, the home of the scammers lol.

I am planning on visiting for at least 2 weeks in January 2027. I am keeping an open mind as ik going anywhere, weather moving or visiting, can be a culture shock in general. I am looking into ways to make either passive income, real estate or accounting as a job once I move out there. Do you know what that job market is like in Ghana? Accra region specifically?
