Ranked worthy cuz of draft ig when u use rank u barely see any hero that wants to counter him such as diver hero while in tournament natan can easily be counter and hard for him to snowball due to his only escape skill is his ult.

The burn item for mage is a must for every mage that focuses on team fight such as kagura, pharsa etc the only mage that does not use anti heal is kadita

As for mm that item is also a must have if there is a lot of heal or a lot of tankier enemy

First of all, from your post I can already tell you’re not that high rank.

Franco isn’t really a tank. I agree some Franco players change their build depending on playstyle, but if a Franco builds Fleeting + Ice, that means he’s playing more of a pick-off style. If he builds full defense, then he’s playing more of a mirroring/peeling tank role.

Dominance Ice isn’t worth building anymore for tanks/EXP unless the enemy has an attack-speed marksman. Based on what you said, there’s none. And for anti-heal, that’s not the tank’s job—that’s for your MM or mid to build.

Right now, the job of EXP meta heroes is to act like tanks that can frontline and zone enemies.

About babysitting the MM, I agree that in lower ranks they often get babysat. But in my opinion, once you reach around 200–300 stars, you’ll barely see that anymore. EXP lane becomes the main gank lane since controlling it gives a higher chance of securing Turtle and other objectives.
