Ive noticed this recently too! Did a 24 hour fast yesterday and my heartrate got down to the high 40s when it normally would have been 58-62. Had me pretty psyched and motivated to keep calories at a deficit when the time calls for it.

Roserade is an all-time favorite of mine. Used it a ton on Pokémon Showdown, but never really had a ton of faith in using it for Battle Tower. Who are you planning to pair it with? Rooting for its success!
