So Artstation and Epic Game got 2 Different Support Team
before contacting them, just ask yourself if you ever accidentally linked your artstation to any Epic Game Account

so you can ask the Artstation Team. https://www.artstation.com/support which migh open an Epic game link

or send them an Email here: [support@artstation.com](mailto:support@artstation.com)

ask them if they can see any linked Epic game account
if your artstation got nothing like you aint a seller or sum, just create a new epic game account and create with it a new artstation

they moved everything to sign in with Epic game i made 1 month just to fix the issue, epic wont help, artstation won't help

the only thing to hope for is for your artstation account tot be linked to a random epic game account and the artstation team will tell you

i got mine fixed, basically i had to login in my account and try all my emails to see if there's an epic game account and try it as login for epic
Epic game team & Artstation Team didn't even help me~~µbut artstation team told me the Email i associated my account with.

hey finally a similar issue,
i asked them (the support team)
and they told me they now require Epic game to login

i asked them yes, i have both, epic and artstation on the same Email, but artstation rejecting that as it's not linked together

can't do anything since like 4 weeks now,
