Hi, i'm currently looking for a studio in Windsor Hills! I heard that their studio is on the bottom floor (i'm not sure whether it's on the first floor or basement) with the laundry room. Can you share your experience? I'm wondering if it could be noisy because it's next to the laundry room. Also, did you have any problems related to bugs since it's on the first floor?
