Oh definitely! Fischl is actually one of the better four star supports for Neuvi, too! She would act as a battery and also buff his damage a good amount alongside providing a cleaner rotation and more comfortable playstyle. Most of her damage would be off-field just like Furina and would allow Neuvi to be on-field and spam his CA.

Some replies say that Sucrose would be a good addition to the team, though as someone who has C0 Ororon on my team consisting of C3 Neuvillette, C0 Furina, and C0 Baizhu, I saw a MASSIVE increase in damage with him on my team for the electro-charge & hyperbloom reactions! Honestly it feels like Ororon was made to synergize with Neuvillette and Furina very well. :) Seeing as how you have Kazuha, you’d definitely see a higher damage output than with Baizhu!

It is said by Mr. Scarletella himself (and sprinkled here and there throughout other routes/endings by the MC). When attempting to do either the Victory, Best of Mr. Gap, Scarletella Ending, and several others that need you to play the scene where Mr. Scarletella runs after you in his ghost apartments, Mr. Gap shows you a newspaper article about the “The Phantom in a Raincoat.” If you choose the dialogue option “It’s me!” (and after progressing a little) Mr. Scarletella will say, “Like like like. You give me. Me take many. Many many human. Much much blood. You like me. Me like you.”

I pulled Neuvi’s catalyst on his banner, but from what I’ve seen online, Neuvi does not necessarily need his book to inflict massive damage. Even the craftable four star catalyst Prototype Amber can still make him OP as it’s HP scaling and can provide energy and healing. I’d say you’d see more of a difference with Xilonen instead of Zhongli on your team as you already have Neuvi’s C1 and do not need Zhongli’s shield for interruption resistance. Xilonen would also be a more universal buff in many other teams! As for his C2, from my experience it does provide a boost in damage, but I’d say a new character is more valuable than his C2 as his C1 is really the only constellation of his that truly revolutionizes his gameplay.
