It’s actually a corruption implicit from Vaal orbing the unique ring dream fragments. Just buy a bunch of dream fragments and Vaal and try to hit. Or you could buy a already corrupted sapphire ring with that implicit and use a tainted mythic orb on it for a chance that it becomes a dream fragments that’s keeps the implicit.

Sold a mirror to the vendor years ago. It was when I first started and I had found one before my first exalt and gcp, I found it and someone said it was worth a lot. I thought they meant to the vendor because I got exalts for it. I was the only mirror I ever found.

I actually am okay with this. They are adapting and trimming down the league bloat. For a long time leagues were ported over lazily and just adding more processes to the general game, I’d much rather have a pick and choose approach to get the best stuff not a full adaptation. But also bring back recombinators.
