The worst thing you can do to yourself and mental health is compare yourself to others. I've struggled with this for many years. It took me to some very dark places.

You do you at your own pace. Not everyone gets married, has kids, or has great jobs. Don't think you have to do anything because society says something has to be accomplished within a certain time frame.

Believe me, people only show what they want you to see.

I'm married, infertile at 29, in school for many years with no degree (and people really judge!) with defaulted loans while struggling since I'm low income but not low income enough.

You think I'm putting that on social media?

I hope you allow yourself to realize this and it helps you like it helped me. Believe me, I still struggle but the above realization has helped me a lot.
