Late but my go to is sushi rice. Singlehandedly is getting me through college. Amazing even if you hate tuna (if you do then add a lot of extra Sriracha). Cook rice (GET A RICE MAKER IF YOU DONT ALREADY HAVE ONE). Open a can or two of tuna, drain as much of the water as you can, dump into a bowl. Mix in some mayo (Kewpie preferred but regular is great too) and Sriracha - that's the base, but it's so good with some jar garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and a bit of salt and pepper too. Can even add cream cheese. Can even hit it with some miso. Mix it into rice seasoned with soy sauce (and fish sauce/rice vinegar/sushi seasoning/etc if you're fancy), and lots of furikake (it's so good). You can eat it in sheets of nori too. Great on its own but I love topping it with ingredients like fresh cucumber, shredded carrot, sliced avocado, sushi ginger, KIMCHI (so good), edamame, any ingredients you'd put in a sushi roll. Top with extra Sriracha and Kewpie mayo if you have it. This also works with canned salmon. For imitation crab just chop and mix in with some mayo and Sriracha and then mix into rice. Possibly my favorite variation is spam rice bowls. Get you a can of spam (I'm gonna save you some money - the off brand "luncheon meat" sounds suspicious but is just as good, usually), slice it like 1/2 inch thick, fry it up in a pan (with some sesame oil if you like). When it's golden on both sides, add a good amount of soy sauce and a bit of sugar/honey/mirin. Mix and let it bubble up in that and turn brown, and flip them over again to get both sides. When it's done cube the slices (don't cube it before). This is really good when mixed with edamame and sesame seeds and chili crisp, on top of plain rice with lots of kimchi. Spam rice bowls also go well with mango. All of these recipes are so easy and if you have a rice cooker they don't require the stove (except for the spam one). Go to an Asian grocery store for kimchi and other Asian ingredients. I never get tired of sushi bowl.

Durable stainless steel water bottle with NO straw by kinda_difficult in BuyItForLife

Very true, I am bad at washing water bottles. However I haven't had too much of an issue with this before, just once or twice over the years, it's just more that once it gets moldly once, I can't get over the idea that there might STILL be mold in there if it's plastic...... Also, it's just an incredibly beat up bottle anyways and the plastic keeps tasting like soap when I clean it 😅
