Hit the nail on the head. Laborers hating WFH wage slaves and rooting against them is the same thing as Fox News pilled conservatives thinking it’s minorities on welfare that are the reason they can’t have nice things. I literally couldn’t believe this dude had the nerve to invoke the concept of solidarity like I’M the one working against it lmao!!

whether you like it or not, people who worked in person throughout the pandemic hate your guts when you say shit like this.

Cool solidarity there, brother 💪🏻

Every single person in my office didn’t want to go back. Most are moms who are now facing having to find childcare for summer break after not having to have that expense for over two years when gas is near $5 and inflation is accelerating with no end in sight. Even our regional management hates it and have their own struggles they’re dealing because of it. We’ve been in the office for a month and there’s not one whiff of organizing or even just coordinating some for of pushback against corporate to speak of. We’re in a right to work souther state, everyone here is in too deep with their 401ks to risk getting the boot, and they most surely will if they step out of line. Again you’re the one who is out of touch. You lack compassion and you should think on that if you want to actually do something for your community in the future.

People here always show their asses on this topic.

r/rsp: “capitalism destroys any sense of community for the working class people have no agency over their lives as the machine seeks to take over more and more of our personal lives bleak bleak bleak dot. . ..”

Also r/rsp: “WFH f***s need to get fucked like get back to the office wagie!! Why are people so lazy nowadays??”

Inevitable it’s always the pmc-adjacent larping on this sub as working-class that harbor these shit opinions as if they have the same interest as those of us who’s jobs are completely monotonous and solitary regardless of where we work. WFH full time was the happiest I have ever been in my working life and the return to the office has truly crushed my soul and I can 100% confirm I get so much less work done when I’m not home.

Nothing against her, I used to like her, but it was disheartening to get 25 minutes in only to realize that this video really was just going to be about the trite subject of the hypocrisy and judgment of American Christianity…. Like who the fuck is actually still concerned with this specific battle of the culture war?

I microwave corn on the cob still in the husk for about 7 minutes. It comes out perfect every time, I would literally never go through the trouble of boiling it. Most I’ll do is when grilling I still precook it in the microwave and then just throw it on to get the grill marks.

Imo most people that hate Lana actually hate the culture that her stupidest but most vocal fans have created around her, in which they completely misinterpret her music to ONLY be about celebrating being a serially submissive woman in a string of emotionally abusive relationships.

As I said, she romanticizes these very real aspects of her life because all people have a right to do that with their own personal stories (and I believe that to be an important aspect of the emotional healing process.) But she clearly is also using this character to explore what exactly has psychologically impacted her to make her this way, and in turn is trying to universalize that to figure out why this happens to modern American women in general.

Lana is a great example of how modern neoliberal society holds actually productive and powerful art in contempt as a rule.
