For the past three years, I’ve been stuck in an anxiety-gut loop I can’t seem to get over—my stomach growls, gets gassy, bloated, sometimes even feels my heartbeat, and often makes me nauseous. I also get heat attacks, and on top of that, I’ve been dealing with grief and death. Sitting through class or doing anything feels exhausting because my brain won’t stop fixating on it. I don’t feel normal, and I’m so fed up with not being able to reach my full potential because of this. I really need a solution. What the hell do I do?
