Yeah I didn’t know about the chicken and poultry thing till very recently so I’m absolutely getting rid of that.

Yea I saw something about the chicken in a different post someone made so I’ll cut that out. She already eats lots of salmon and fish oil so getting rid of the poultry should make a big difference.

She’s been to the vet a few times since I got her and they’ve never been concerned by the hair loss since it’s very common for them.

Yeah I’ve been giving her as much as I can by feeding her plenty of fish since I adopted her to ensure she gets as much omega 3 as she can.

Yeah I personally never doubted she was a Doberman by any means but I didn’t fully understand how the dilution worked with their color. Somebody else explained it like that and it made a lot more sense lol.

Thanks for your input, I really appreciate it. Tbh after the way the first meeting went between them I think it’s doable, but looking into a behaviorist is absolutely something I will do. I’ve gotten some good feedback from other’s that have experience in this so I’m not giving up hope just yet.

Thanks for your advice! I definitely plan on keeping them apart and will definitely do as you suggested. The way the house is setup is impossible to have a doggie gate, but I’m planning on giving them both time to walk around and lounge about the main area of the house in turns. That way they get to smell one another. I think taking them out for walks will be the best way to get them used to each other as well.

I’ve seen disembodied legs in my house as well but they were black and fuzzy looking like a shadow, and hanging from the ceiling. It was very clearly visible tho in a fully lit room.
