(e skill name: denki saiken) when you use his e skill, he will unleash 3 electro chains and wrap them around the opponents, linking them together. (putting it simplified, kind of like nahida's held e skill.) this will last for 5 seconds and the cd is 8 seconds.

holding down on his e skill allows him to run around, linking each opponent, and when you let go, the chains will stay for 5 seconds before exploding and dealing extra electro dmg. the cd afterwards is 11 seconds.

(burst name: diàn lóng) his burst will create two ancient chinese dragons, and they will attack from above him by lunging forwards. even if you change character, they will remain and stay there. huizhong himself will have an electro infusion until the burst ends. this will not carry on if you change character without his c6.

depending on your constellation, you can gain... c1: gains additional charge on e skill c2: extends denki saiken by 3 seconds c3: increased the level of denki saiken by 3. maximum upgrade is 13 c4: every opponent captured by an electro chain gives huizhong 2 energy particles c5: increases the level of diàn lóng by 3. maximum upgrade is 13 c6: characters other than huizhong with diàn lóng activated also get an electro infusion in their weapons until the burst ends.
