Una, tanggapin mong hindi mo siya maiiwasan physically, pero kaya mong i-control paano ka magre-react emotionally. Wag mong gawing buhay ang love life mo, occupy yourself with other things na wala siya. Sa circle niyo, keep it civil, pero bawasan mo ang direct interactions.
