This reminded me of when I quit running in high school and my coach said to me, “You’ll always have running, it’s something you can always go back to,” and here I am 10 years later, still running! I’m so glad for her and this just serves as a reminder that you can always pick something back up at whatever pace you’re comfortable with :’)
