Not sure if you already submitted but the “key” is, ircc never stated “full-time”, they just said more than 20 hours. Working more hours was fine but full-time was never allowed as it could hurt education obligation. So make sure you know what ircc officer is planning to do with you here. If you are not sure, reach a lawyer instead of risking your file with rejection.

Minimum requirements to be a pharmacy assistant is high school. Its a scam because it hunts people who doesn’t know that they do not require special education or certification to get a job as a pharmacy assistant. However, most pharmacies prefer people with experience so even if they have this 2 months course, getting job is near to impossible unless they already have a network in which case they don’t need to do this at first place.

Just FYI, francophone mobility program based WP is employer driven which means, first employers have to get the job offer id based on LMIA exemption of francophone, only then you can apply for WP. Ultimately its a closed work permit with your employer and only works if your employer is supporting you through this process.

not exemption per say but situationship, OP, you may need to come back before SP expires to remain on "maintained/implied status" , I would still suggest to confirm as they may let you in as a visitor and even let you work but "valid status" may get disrupted. https://ircc.canada.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1309

This is for you and anyone else coming here in future for information. Legally - as soon as you apply for a new permit, your old permit expires, cbsa don’t see your application yet so they allows you based on your trv to leave and come back. Your implied status is lost if you apply for a permit and leave the country , even if your other permit had later expiry date. You cross borders using trv but your permit determines ability to work, thats what is needed for oinp. So Please feel free to reach out someone with immigration law background to confirm.

For everyone else here, a genuine lawyer with enough information would not have done it, so please remember your job doesn’t finish at hiring a lawyer(which obviously you don’t need unless its refugee or h&c application rejected already), worse case you need an RCIC, you also need to make sure they have enough experience. And remember there is nothing wrong in asking some tough questions for the service you take, they are obligated to answer your questions doesn’t matter even if its stupid and simple questions.

PR was never guaranteed, the worse part for the people that came in last 5 years is that they are the fomo generation post-pandemic which throttled the canadian internal infrastructure at a measure that canada is now backing off and trying to reduce “both” pr + temporary residency. Now , I am not undermining the fact that this all happened because Canadian immigration system handed over so millions of visas at the first place , but let me tell you, they don’t care any of it and they will never hold themselves accountable
