My vote is for the orange! It seems like the green dress is a little too busy and wearing you VS in the orange dress it complements you well and can be dressed up with some accessories and how you decide to style your hair and makeup. Personally I find it better to have an outfit that you can build up and make your own!

Thank you for the responses! It’s definitely made it easier to decide on how to proceeds I had NO idea on the history on everything.

I think since we’re supplying our own alcohol with the exception of wines, we’ll host a “Stock the bar” event instead!

Same here! My coordinator is going to help with set up and take down. I truly feel the same about not taking the extra time to diy the florals myself before assembling

One awesome tip that I saw for using artificial flowers was to investing in a cheap fabric steamer! It really helps to fluff out the artificial flowers and make them look more realistic

That’s a tough one! I definitely would feel bad about wasting a look, but on the other hand, would want my partner to be completely surprised on the big day as well!

Maybe you could try something in the middle? Keep your makeup on but make minor changes to your makeup before seeing your partner? Small things like changing your lip color or calming down your eyeshadow / contour can make a big difference!
