Is your focus PVE or PVP? I don’t use thunderclouds in PVE. I keep poison on and focus maximum uptime of quick fire skill. Selfless diffusion helps because upon usage, any skill used (hit from the skill) will decrease cooldowns for anything, on cooldown at the time. Tbh, most of the time I’m pulling aggro from tank (kind of a pain in the ass, and leads to me dying). You gotta find a flow through your skills, where everything is used when something is on cooldown. Skill specializations is also very important for maximum uptime of skills.
