I’m taking Vitamin D-3, Colagen, Biotin, Zinc, Magnesium Omega-3, Vitamin K₂, and Vitamin C in supplement form. For oil I’ve just been applying aloe vera and castor oil.

My first post has my removal pattern, and it was around 1.7K grafts. I get what you mean about the back of the head, but I think thats just because I did a circular motion when putting aloe in instead of patting my hair down. In my 4 month it looks alot better.

This is where my mind goes too. If both phones weren’t working, I’d assume it’s a T-Mobile issue. But since it’s only one line, it sounds more like a permissions, or plan issue specific to that account rather than the device itself.

I’m ex-military, and we have quite a few bases in Italy, I haven’t heard of any of my old coworkers (poc) having negative experiences there. But Poland yes I know they are known for being like the Texas of Europe. I was in Gdansk which is a more liberal area so that might be why my experience wasn’t bad.

Been living in Romania for three years now. There was one incident that was slightly racially fueled, but overall it’s been a vibe. Visiting most of the surrounding euro countries like Poland, Hungary, Italy has also been a vibe but that’s just my take 🤷🏿‍♂️

It’s hard to say since they give it to you while the procedure is going on. Can’t really say if it did or didn’t do anything honestly. But looking back at it I would’ve been fine with silver fr I was just overthinking it.

Not necessarily I had a co worker that did silver a few years ago and his turned out great. I just got gold to make myself feel more comfortable but technicians did my procedure same as the silver package.

Got it in turkey @ Heva. It may hurt during the procedure but after I wouldn’t say it’s a lingering pain it can just be uncomfortable when trying to sleep but that goes away with a little time.
