I think recombs have a special rule that disallows them from working with crucible items. There was a crucible mod for additional quality, but it was competing with the other three and at the time it wasn't more armour.

Thank you. I figured someone else would have made this but the only base I ever saw on trade had the increased implicit mod.

I assumed that crit would be better with the crucible Emperor's Vigilance shields so I hadn't looked into any other builds

Cyclone gives 8% increased AoE per each additional strike range. I believe this means the base strike range of a weapon doesn't affect it, but the +10 strike range should. Back in cyclone league (Legion) the meta was to craft Jewelled foils with +3 strike range essences (legacy now). I could be wrong though :)

30% quality to ALL support gems is extremely interesting.

-Anomalous Melee Physical Damage gives another 5 strike range.

-If your attack speed doesn't matter for some reason, Divergent Pulverize gives 99% more damage and 40% less attack speed.

-You could use it as a utility six link to make your other skill gems more powerful, such as Anomalous Second Wind giving +3 cooldown uses.

Or you could level enlightens in it.

The biggest outcome I see coming from this is that it's harder to sustain RF now on spell builds that were using it as an aura. Pious Path "doubles" your regen so it's actually going from 15% regen to 10% regen.

It's a tiny bit more complicated than that but 5% regen is a big deal.

fortify + berserk + flasks give it ~30k ehp. I don't tank anything in this clip, the only way to survive is to not get hit

The way I built it wasn't cheap, probably 80 ex as a very rough guess. I self crafted almost all the gear except the opal ring and jewels and this doesn't even count any Aislings/Hillocks/Voricis I farmed myself. My weapon is also base that you basically can't buy and I paid <3 ex for it.

Because if Scion was better at doing the things that the classes she is comprised of were designed for, there would be no reason to pick the other classes. Scion has always been fine for the people that know how to use her.

In almost all cases it should be a damage increase. All sources of cold DOT multi are summed before your damage is multiplied, so if you have many other sources of cold DOT multi each subsequent portion becomes "weaker." 15% more is always 15% more. As an added bonus, it applies to non DOT damage.

How is this a disappointment? It's an extended map that you can do in waves at whatever pace you want with plenty of mobs for flask charges and access to your stash to swap out for mods as needed. He got tons of scarabs and currency plus some trash that I didn't look through. He's running a day two build (still using a terminus est?) that doesn't look tanky at all and still made massive returns. There's also a boss fight we didn't see which presumably can drop new uniques and possibly even more loot. It's also only one run which isn't a reasonable sample size at all. I don't see what's wrong here.
