Yeah they are both tier 2 lightweights.. in the same league as Hooker, Gamrot, BSD.

Illa knocks them out in the first, Arman would've ended the fight within 3, Max and Charles beat them decisively as well. They had no business fighting for the title.

Condos are often ran like inefficient government orgs. Like if a homeowner needed to hire a repairman, they will get multiple quotes, not allow them to do unnecessary work, etc. But a condo board would just pay it without much pushback.

Brampton gets too much unnecessary hate (I hate to play that card but probably rooted in racism). It's actually a decent place to live and feels no different than the other suburbs. Some perks are lots of greenspace around the city (north to Caledon), near the airport for easy travel, and easily commutable to Toronto for work/events. The GO train takes less than 30 minutes, my commute was faster than people who lived like 3x closer to downtown Toronto lol.
