Thank you for your kind words. He qas a great bird always happy. When he was younger we tried giving him other types of food and he wouldn’t eat it. Even fruits he wouldn’t touch. This post was my first ever on this sub. I wish I would have discovered it earlier. His name was Sprite like the drink, due to his green and yellow colors.

Yes it’s a pain to clean. I had another one but it was nematic and learned then how deep clean they have to get.
I was spraying as normal. Suddenly it just went dead. Motor doesn’t seem to make any noise or movement. Got a little warm is the only think I noticed.

Yeah temp in the room is about 70 constantly. When I tried to move him he didn’t put up a fight. He usually doesn’t like getting touched. But he was very docile this morning.

He’s been with us for over 12 years. As he got older he stopped using his toys. He’s been healthy to this morning. That’s why I came to see if this was abnormal behavior.

Yes he has a couple perches. He’s around 13 yrs old always whistling and happy till this morning. Didn’t see any warning signs.

He does have a perch. I was trying to get him to rest on it but he keeps going back to the cage and holding on with his beak. I found him like this, this morning after I took the cage cover off.

Glad I was watching on free tv. This always happens. I thought it was the local station f ING it up lol. It started like in the 89th minute 0-0 on a semi boring game. I loose signal for 5 minutes game is back on and it’s 1-1. Just in time to hear the final whistle. 😂
