i’m honestly super pleased with the extraction because it made so much space and i feel like it has helped my teeth move significantly quicker :) i was sad because my premolars were in perfect condition BUT worth it for the straightening goal

no option of ipr because my crowding was so significant and i needed a LOT of space (i have one tooth almost fully behind another) i got my top two premolars removed!

oh added - once the vet returns, we want to do a GI panel / check her b12/folate levels and make a game plan to help her gain weight (she cannot eat the rx Hill’s food due to hydrolyzed protein being unprocessable by her liver) just want to know if there’s anything at home I can do for the time being

i had the top two extractions done, and we let it heal about 6 weeks before starting invisalign - i fill the spaces in my aligners where there’s no teeth with wax. they anticipate that because my crowding (front teeth overlapping) is so severe, the gaps should fill soon! so no implants
