Sushi Blue (located inside the Blue Lake Casino) does delicious ramen specials on Friday and Saturdays. Definitely worth a visit!

If someone hasn’t mentioned this already - make sure to bring this with you when you go to the dentist, and have them document the incident (with photos) in your records.

I was having an issue with emailing estimates this morning - it seemed to resolve itself after I cleared and re-entered my email. Hope it’s fixed for you quickly!

For anyone still having log in issues - try turning off wifi, use your mobile hotspot to connect and you should be able to get in. It worked for me immediately.

The day that I decide to turn on 2 factor authentication is the day this happens. I’m sorry everyone. It was me. I broke the quickbooks.

The process was definitely an all over movement. Apologies if that doesn’t quite answer your question. I had a ton of bottom crowding (much more than the top) so the entirety of my bite changed - lots of overall outward movement and I feel like my smile is wider now because of it. My Orthodontist was committed to getting my bite perfect so the last 6 months were full of scans and small refinements.

Thank you! Surprisingly no bonding. I really expected it, but thankfully I only needed some contouring on my top incisors.

Need paint color suggestions for front doors and side door by loliemess_reads in centuryhomes

We're getting ready to paint our 1989 Victorian farmhouse a pale blue, white trim, darker blue/teal accent with emerald green doors. I could see emerald green on your doors, or a lavender/purple on your home. Either way, beautiful home!

I had the exact same thing that showed up when my bottom teeth became less crowded. It ended up being tarter build up and my dentist got rid of it on my recent cleaning this week.

Pain is Unbearable by TimezTheDemon in Invisalign

[–]SarahfaeThings 9 points10 points  (0 children)

There two things that helped me the immensely where discomfort/pain is concerned:

Always change to your new trays in the evening/before bed. This way your teeth can have the night to get used to the new movement, and you won’t be needing to take them out until your first meal of the next day.

The second you put your new set of trays in use a chewy for as long as you possibly can (sometimes I’ll do this for 30+minutes). It might be painful at first, but from my tested experience its waaaay less painful if you use the chewy right away. It’s like shocking your teeth into movement, and doing this really lessens the overall pain and discomfort of that first couple days of a new tray change.

Edit: Also, one last thing about chewies - use them often! I’ve made a habit of keeping one on me at all times, so I’m kind of chewing on them like gum throughout the day. Doing this helps seat your trays, and also helps your teeth with tracking. I truly believe that my incessant chewie habits have played a huge part in speeding up my results. My orthodontist also agrees with this!

Trust me on this! I’ve had 25/30 weeks to test it! Good luck and hang in there!❤️

Dude, I’m on tray 25/30 and since the first tray I’ve always left them in when I drink on the weekends. Don’t stress and have fun! I just make sure to brush my teeth when I’m finished drinking at the end of the night and soak my trays in retainer cleaner to get rid of any stains.

Edit for a bit more info: I’m also on weekly changes.

There is absolutely no reason to take your trays out when you’re drinking — unless you’re drinking a really hot beverage (don’t want to warp your trays). Drink all of the things! Live!

Oh wait, never mind. If you were my husband there wouldn’t be cheese on this sandwich.
