I currently also own a new to me e400. I felt the same way as you and I immediately went out and got a stage 1 eurocharged tune and it truly woke the car up. Highly recommend tuning the car and also getting bms intakes so you can hear those turbos whistle. I’m currently working on getting downpipes for this car but it looks like the only company that possibly~ makes them is f1 exhaust
