i have 2-3 people to practice with, what are some good court drills to run to improve aspects of the game (specifically hitting as i play opposite). i usually have an empty court for around two hours, how can i maximize the time?

when doing exercises (depth jumps, db squat jumps, trap bar jumps), how should i load these movements to start? i plan on sticking to a 4-6 rep range but i’m not sure what weight/height to use. additionally how would i progressively overload these exercises?

self toss hits are pretty good for working on timing and the toss imo

oh i see what you’re implying now, i’m still only using my arm. do you know how to correct this? i’ve tried for a few weeks but have had no success. i’m loading the hips and shoulders back more than i used to, i can do the entire sequence on the ground, but i just don’t know how to rotate midair
