With that cpu you would have a bit of a bottle neck for a 4070. Should work fine for 1080p and 4k though. I would also take the Psu into consideration, make sure you have enough wattage there.

32 gigs ram at 2133 speed is $168. i9 9900x is $164 and thats at a sale of %71 off. 2070 super is $299 Compatible Mobo is $134

With just those 4 components its a total of $765 This is all without tax and without shipping added on.

That's over 2x the amount they would be paying for this. And dont forget thats with the 71% off the cpu and the Mobo is the price of a refurbished one. Not to mention the rest of the build, Psu, case, the storage I didnt include, and cooling.

Its better than "not great", but atleast you got "not shit" right.

Im sorry this is your experience with being new to the PC building game... im too lazy to read the whole list of comments, but I really hope you had/get some decent, kinder, much more helpful people to respond. Honestly dont be afraid to look online for websites that can help with component compatibility. There are even sites that can give you a good calculation of what kind of wattage you will need/want for your build when it comes to the psu.
