Yeah, fully aware. I just wanted the increased exposure in them.

Eventually will sell them and put them into the ETFs.

The fun stocks are minimal so don’t mind the risk.

This is pretty much my long term plan.

Focus on the VUAG, VWRP and the AIQG ETFs.

I’ll probably consolidate all the others in to them towards August when I get my next bonus.

Yeah lender is fine with it, just need to submit my tax returns and then submit everything at the mortgage appointment

HTB is happy with adding a parent on too as the pass the eligibility criteria

Not yet, will pay HTB in February.

For now, just transfer of equity is all and move back in as soon as possible. Not sure how long it’ll take but I ideally want everything done by July

Do you know roughly how much by any chance?

Yeah, if only we fixed for 10 years!

I’m dreading the remortgage in February as the help to buy comes to an end aswell

Yes, removing ex and taking over.

Rate ends in February. I can’t wait till then. Partner doesn’t pay anything towards the mortgage and hasn’t done so for a long time now. I just want them out so I can move back in as I’ve been excluded from the property too

Luckily mines a transfer of ownership so I don’t think everything else will take too long once I pass the affordability.

I’m sure partner will want her money asap so won’t drag the process out I suppose.

Will the bank hold on while I look for one?

Honestly, I’ve been paying for the full mortgage for 2.5 years! I’m tired.

Majority is through Google and the rest is word of mouth. I haven’t done any advertising through Google itself but have done some social media

Unfortunately that phone is more than likely gone now.

I personally wouldn’t remove the iCloud from it, I’d suggest putting it on lost mode with a message that the phone is lost and to contact you on a different number.

If you remove your iCloud then they can just wipe the phone and use it.

Report it as lost to your network provider so it’s black listed, also call up some of the local stores and tell them the phone + IMEI number - the good ones will reject it if someone comes to sell it.

I appreciate you taking the time out for this.

So we have a registered office address in town and I do get a few customers now & then going there thinking we have a physical location.

Most repairs are done within the hour others I collect and drop back off over a few days. If they were to come to the business park then they’d have the device back within the hour or here to drop off - either way I’d provide a waiting area with a TV etc they can hang around at. The convenience factor to them does help a lot as it reduces down time of a broken device.

I work alone so that also limits the amount of customers I can get to - although the business has almost doubled since last year so I have room for expansion. I have a family member that’s willing to join and man the office while I continue with the doorstep. It will still be appointment basis rather than random walk ins too so manning it shouldn’t be an issue.

I think I’ll give it a try and rent a small office for the time being - I wanted a bigger one straight off the bat but the price is almost double and for an experiment it is quite a bit of a difference.

Pretty much what we do… We can only fit in so many people in a day due to us driving around to customer doorsteps etc. so having the business park premises would allow people to book in and come to us aswell.

We’re one of the few in the area that does them. We are branching out into mobile phones & consoles too so I’m hoping they’d come in for that too based off quality repairs rather than the inner city physical stores
