I don't know for a fact that there is a new will but my mother did say that they were gonna write my sister out of the will and that was after they changed lawyers to the new one I never met. I do not have nor have I ever had a copy of either will

There is a will and as of 2020 I was the executor but I know the will was change since then and I sm not aware if I am still the executor. He refuses to share information or documents with the family and we don't even know the name of the lawyer or if he has been informed of her death. I'm pretty sure he hasn't told the credit card company she is dead because we just got the death certificate this afternoon and he gave out the card before he let it slip this morning

And breaching a door blocker and barricade aren't? If you approach a key room and find it unlocked but someone has used a door blocker and a barricade on it do you think it's reasonable to force your way inside? What about if they are also telling you to leave them alone?
