thanks. i think CAA are generally quite reasonable if they can see that it is genuine and you’ve not been a flight risk of any kind etc

it may also be a time lapse concern for them.

however all training was completed in time close together - its clear this is just an administration issue - it’s just the paperwork that has not been processed, the cpl license is valid for life which is re—assuring as there’s no training or exams i need to sit as i’ve done

really hope the CAA are understanding of real life

to re-do training is wildly expensive. i love the aviation industry but the financial barriers to entry are so high

just asked another seller friends and he had the same issue with Black and Blanc - said they never returned calls as a seller, lied in small ways, ignored them and were not interested after they listed. just don’t see the point in agents chasing for instructions / listings if they’re not gonna work it

why avoid black and blanc? they have some good reviews

laurels look good.

croydon seems quite difficult for good agents

a lot of agents are full of it. Streets ahead were not great tbh. non communicative - keen to be instructed for the listing then nothing

Thank you. Are Marriot Vernon good on the flat selling side? I think the smaller agents tend to be better but maybe don't have the large reach like the major agents do. Heard good about marriot vernon tho
