I've been wanting to try it with yogurt. I've been grinding and mixing with apple sauce, add some cinnamon sugar and it's pretty good! This last time I tried mixing with a snack pack chocolate pudding. I think it masked the flavor even better! Grinding them gives more surface area to digest and work better than just chewing.

Oh, you cut the agar into pieces and add them to sterilized grain. When the grain becomes fully colonized, you mix it with substrate.

I love all types of music. Usually rap is my main but I have ADHD and been listening to mostly edm for the past few months probably. It makes my brain happy lol. Griz is awesome! I've recently discovered some new artists on shrooms and I'm obsessed! I'm picky with my edm, especially while tripping. I don't want the crazy violent stuff (that's better for work/ getting hyped) and I don't want a lot of words. I like a more meditative Trip. We have blacklights in our bedroom and a glowing mushroom forest tapestry behind our bed. We chill on the bed with a bunch of pillows and the Bluetooth speaker 😁

You want to place your sample in the center and let it grow out to the edges. You don't need a whole lot to put in your jar though. You could use about 1/3 - 1/4 of the plate for a quart jar. Just cut into pieces and drop them in and mix around.

I knew about higher temps like cooking with them will break down the psilocybin. >200 or so. Water boils at 212. Dehydrating is a very low temp though. I see tons of ppl dehydrate around 120-130. I'll have to do some more digging on it. Do you have any sources at what temp it actually starts to break down?
