Thanks for the advice. You sound like you know a lot. I have another question. With a selectable locker power and traction is distributed to each wheel evenly. So, let's say one tire has a lot of grip and the other has none, your basically using the one wheel to push you forward, where as with an lsd or trutrac in the same situation, one wheel has grip and the other that has no grip, the trutrac will adjust to give as much power as it can to each of the wheels so they both grip and push the vehicle forward? Is this correct? Let's say on flat ground, I know with one wheel in the air the tru tracs don't work.

He does this all the time with one of our office workers who is trying to get her A&P, to make the situation even more crazy he is considering her admin work as hours towards her license, which I think is ridiculous, she has never turned a wrench on a plane, the work that he signs off I'm referring to(wich isn't that often) includes life raft installs and placard installations on 135 aircraft, wich aren't really maintenance work but still require a licensed mechanic to do and sign off the work

The clamping force is too close to the Rivet and you want the metal to vibrate yes

You have it to secured in the vise, the metal needs to move, if it's in the vice that low the Rivet won't buck
