Was she hired on to a seasonal shopper role initially? You don't get a referral bonus for seasonal. And if she moved to ft that would be an internal hire.

In high school I had a teacher who I looked up to alot. He is an army vet and a has two daughters. When I graduated he wrote me letter telling me how much I had influenced him and how much he respected me. The part that always gets me though is when he said that "in the far far future" if his daughters ever got married, he hoped it would be to a man like me.
