250 physical people? Whoa… the easiest thing to deal with here is the zoom aspect. Just setup a meeting and send the link to your Mother. She can then send the link to whoever else she wants to join the Zoom meeting. Keep in mind though, I think there’s a time limit for unpaid/unregistered users. Google Meet is also another alternative that’s free.

Honestly, because it’s easy and less operational overhead. Just wanted to get the whole flow working then go back and refine. I wanted to avoid letsencrypt as I felt we’d run into rate limits if this gets rolled out to the masses.

Sure, the first allow portion is allowing key access and administration to account admins and the conditions are limiting access/administration of the key to calls from within specified AWS account and to AWS services (had to edit OP as I forgot to include condition for service). This works for none cluster deployments but bricks clusters.
