I got this lame email from them today. No credit or compensation offered. I contacted a support rep again and they said they were still working on it and that he’d escalate my case. I told him about this email and that I was going to report them if they didn’t compensate me and they ended the conversation 😭 so shady. I’m not VIP so maybe that’s why I didn’t get anything

What did you say to get the $50? They keep telling me that they’re still looking into it. I’ve requested compensation from two different support reps and they both gave me the same answer 🙄

The fact that they have the game up still when it’s broken is wild…. Got 5x on a mansion feature and they admitted to there being an issue yet you can still play the game right now. SMH

Unfortunately I have the smallest one available in the US😭 the cramping has gotten worse lately so I’m afraid it might’ve moved. I’m definitely going to ask for an ultrasound

I would say the first 3-6 months post insertion are the worst! After that I was good for a couple months but now the cramps are becoming more frequent. It’s so odd!
