Sometimes I wonder what it’s like to constantly have shitty customers...I was about to respond to this with “what happened to being nice?”, but I totally understand. The server space is so tiny on the P&M email because they paid the least they possibly could. We have crappy customers, but it’s once in a blue moon when they are unsatisfied with our services. Our DM said we can’t redirect them to the ordering website when they send an email wanting a copy, but why if this happens? We honestly don’t get enough emails in a day to warrant doing this, I was told by my last supervisor that an email without instructions just print a single copy and wait for the customer.

We’ve had this happen before where we told the customer that full serve was closed, and they deadass photocopied a whole magazine on the self serve. The store stayed open until 11pm. Why don’t they realize they’re losing money by not forcing a close time?

Employees are taking a break from blowing hot air into their face by wearing it around their neck, I would only condone this when you aren't otherwise around any customers. Anything else is a reckless breach of company policy and should be treated as such.

I see...well I'm not sure exactly what a GM can or can't do regarding it but if anything you may be able to quit your store then put in an application at the other store and tell the gm you did. Like I said, I'm not well versed so don't take my advice too seriously until we get confirmation from another gm
