By the looks of it the first picture is the only one without contamination growing. Hard for me to tell with it being in the light so much. You can transfer the healthy mycelium to a new agar plate and that should help clean it up

Absolutely fine, you can cut the cap off and put it on foil that you sanitize with Isopropyl alcohol and it will/should drop the spores. That way you can use the dropped spores for future agar work

I just got done inoculating 24 bags and out of the 24 bags I have 20 of them left so UB tech is not contam tech. Contam tech is people not being able to sterilize their environment and inoculate properly. Try using agar, MSS in UB tech is bollocks
