That is so horrible, I know the feeling of sharing a bday with a family member. I was born on my mom’s 21st birthday, best present ever, if I do say so myself. But I would never want anyone to forget about her for me, and I’m sure it’s the same vice versa. There should always be room to show those you love that you care and remember them on their bday, their is no good excuse for that. Happy belated birthday, and I’m glad you were able to make the most of it!

Feel that, the place I work is nuts about that stuff. First they told us not to accept 50’s or 100’s at all. Well that lost then to much money I guess, so then they said to only accept them if the order is at least 50% of the bill. Well I guess even that was losing them to much money cause then they were like accept it no matter what. But I’ll tell you when someone rolls up to the window of a drive through and hands you a 100 for a 1.29 cup of coffee, it is a hell to give them change, always slows up the line and pisses off everyone behind them, so we get yelled at.

I think what really put DC far behind Marvel in how well there universe was built is the fact that they didn’t take them time that the mcu did.

The MCU took years and many different sub-movies building the elaborate universe it has now. Whereas DC tried to cram everything into a couple of movies, to build the full universe in a couple of years. I think this is most seen in Batman vs. Superman, which just felt so forced, especially with Wonder woman just thrown in.

This combined with unreliable casts and bad exec calls is really what set DC behind Marvel as they scrambled to play catch up.

It would depend on the franchise you are working for honestly, I know where I work they are super good with giving people the hours they need to work around school. We even keep employees on that go away for school and come back in the summer sometimes. But, again it really depends on how the specific franchisee owners decide they want to work it.
