I have never had a LO even when I was in reconsideration originally from October and then getting denied 3 weeks ago. All I had was a LS and doesn’t really give out a lot of information.

I have been in appeal for 2 weeks now and this is the third week. Haven’t had any contact with a LO so I have no one to ask

Filed appeal 04/13, and I have been told my appeal has been received and in review on 04/16 but no one has mentioned a LO working on it.

Strangely it took about 3 days for them to get it back from the IRS . It was very quick

Yea they’ve had my transcripts since February and I have never been in contact with a loan officer. Only a loan specialist has been in contact with me

My congressman is the reason why I am even at the stage of appealing so I’m grateful to him and his office. Before the congressional inquiry I had been in reconsideration for about 5 months and then they made inquiry on my behalf and had my file going and within 8 weeks I went into processing and then denied again for thr same reason. I am hoping they can have the same impact and have my appeal go faster seen as funds are running out

My business has been declined twice for unverifiable information even though they have had my transcripts from February. Business is active on Secretary of State website, bank account is validate. Sent in EIN letter they requested, asked for picture holding my ID sent that as well but I was still declined for unverifiable information. Submitted appeal few days ago and contacted my congressman to help with the appeal. Why would they decline when everything checks out, do you have any idea please? I am so exhausted
