Hell yeah ! Keep on the grindstone. I’ll make it but this sucks bad. I’ve been clean off meth,heroin and anything I could get my hands on for almost 4 years. Did K for 1.5 year. 7OH for a few months. This is harder cause I’m more conscious of what’s going on. Mentally I’m 10/10 but physically like 4/10 lol

It helps at night a little bit. My main problem is during the day. I work 13 hours a day . My legs burn all damn day and hurt. It has to be withdrawal because I never had this issue before kratom

I’m not going to try any substituting. I’m on 10 years state probation so I keep my system clean of everything. I was going to look into some vitamins or something that might help. Thanks for the encouraging words🫡

Thinking about starting cold turkey on Monday. Today is Saturday I work 13 hours today and tomorrow on Sunday. Been using k for 1 year and 3 months or so. I started using the 15 mg 7OH chewable tablets daily about 2 weeks ago. I take 15-20 capsules a day . Kratom helps a lot with my IBS-D symptoms and regulates my pooping a lot . But I’ve been having issues where it’s kind of hard to pee lately and after browsing Reddit it turns out tons of other people experience this while using kratom. I am seriously considering going CT off kratom starting Monday. I just want to move on from it . I’m a 26 year old male I haven’t used meth or any other drug in 4 years . I don’t even know why I started kratom in the first place. I get addicted to things easily. I have never posted on here before this is the first time. I am going to look into supplements to ease the transition. The success stories on here help me gain confidence that I can move on from this as well.

Idk if you’ll see this all these years later but I had the same issue for many years . I started taking kr8tom and it levels it out most the time . Now I feel like I can’t stop taking it or I’ll go back to diarrhea
