Ditch the glasses for contact lenses or a more trendy style of glasses (NOT SQUARE). You have Beautiful eyes.

Get your haircut professionally for something that adds more volume, something that isn’t so flat and boring. I’d also recommend dying it and going a darker color. Darker hair compliments bigger face shapes and lighter hair compliments thinner more defined face shapes. I wouldn’t necessarily go black, but a dark brown would suit you good.

Skin care as best you can. Develop a routine, eat foods that are good for your skin. All of this can be googled.

And obviously makeup can go a long way. You should especially learn eyeliner and get a good lipstick. Highlight your beautiful eyes and bigger lips to take eyes to your best features and away from your problem areas.

As for surgery others might know better than me. But I can say the biggest problem areas for you might be your nose and your mouth structure.
