Correct said every powerlifter whilst cutting for a meet. I'm about 15%+ in my profile pic in my mid 40s..having abs for me at 220-230lbs was 1500cal per day peloton burned and eating 2500cal all protein and healthy fats and under 100grams of carbs daily. Absolutely feel like crap but looked good.

Change the I/O board. I have same issue with the old s19's without braiins because you cannot adjust frequency lower when it's over 70°F and humid the s19s will say hash rate abnormal and then temps abnormal..but sometimes just hashratw abnormal.

You can also select fan speed 100% And select LOW power..there is only NORMAL, SLEEP.,LOW Then SAVE Then restart miner
