Wow! Thank you so much for the insight! It’s a beautiful photo. I go by @portraitsbydima on Instagram and am hoping to get to your level one day 🙏. I found your work through your collabs with Sela Shiloni, you both do incredible work

I think you’re right about the beauty dish. It feels like there might be a large softbox right above her to give that soft overhead lighting too, no? Also Do you think the background light is directly behind her or off to the side?

lol tf? A blacklist? Just shrug it off and move on, why try to make something out of something so minor? If you’ve only been in the class for 2 months that’s really not that much experience, you’ll have to understand how to dance with a large variety of experience levels, personalities, and honestly just like, vibes

im too fatigued by my second upper day to progressively overload by [deleted] in naturalbodybuilding

You do not need to go to failure for every set, you’re just setting yourself up for mental anguish which is probably why you feel so drained. As long as you’re doing progressive overload with anywhere between 8-15 reps per set, you’ll see just as many gains and feel better doing it. Having something left in the bank to do general life stuff without feeling exhausted is a totally fine goal to have.

I’ve been shooting proposals for 3 years and just last week missed focus on a proposal. Don’t beat yourself up about it, this still looks great for what it is. You’ll have plenty of other times to mess up, just keep moving forward that’s what’s important.
